Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the god33 platform — including the website, mobile application or related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

User Eligibility

To register and use god33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement.
• Not be a resident of a country that absolutely prohibits or restricts online gambling.
• Not currently be under a self-exclusion period imposed by god33 or any other gambling platform.
• Register an account in your own name, not on behalf of a third party.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of balances held across all those accounts.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. It is the user's obligation to ensure that their username and password remain confidential at all times. god33 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current.
• Users must update their account information if any changes occur.
• god33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including a copy of the user's MyKad or relevant documents.
• Failure to provide verification documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawal of Funds

god33 supports a variety of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours under normal conditions.
• All transactions must use a payment method registered in the same user's name.
• god33 reserves the right to reject or hold withdrawals that require further verification relating to identity or source of funds.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

god33 offers various types of bonuses to registered members. All bonuses given are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn.

The welcome bonus currently offered is 200% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus requires wagering 25 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted.

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• god33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period specified for each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or used to fulfil the requirements of another bonus simultaneously unless stated otherwise.
• god33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse.

General Game Rules

All games available on the god33 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting and lottery — are operated in accordance with their respective rules set by the game developers and the platform operator. Users are advised to understand the rules of each game before placing any bets.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. god33 cannot reverse the outcome of a valid game.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, god33 will resolve the issue based on the system records stored.
• god33 does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Live casino games and sports betting are operated by licensed third-party software providers. The terms of those providers also apply.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the god33 platform:

• Registering or using multiple accounts to gain an advantage in promotions or betting.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or any unauthorised technical method to manipulate games.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair profits (collusion).
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for unlawful financial activity.
• Impersonating another user or providing false information to god33.
• Exploiting any bug or technical flaw in the god33 system.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content found on the god33 platform, including logos, graphic designs, text, user interfaces, software and other visual elements, is the exclusive property of god33 or its licensors. Users are not granted any rights over this intellectual property except a limited licence to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

• Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works from any god33 content without prior written consent.
• The god33 name, logo and trademarks may not be used in any form of marketing or public representation without official approval.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

god33 services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. god33 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, technical failures or service disruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, god33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses, including loss of money, data or opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

god33 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
• Suspicious activity related to account security or game integrity.
• Compliance with legal requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the god33 customer support team. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for return to the original payment method, subject to the necessary compliance checks.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

god33 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the official god33 website.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the terms have been updated is considered acceptance of the new terms. If a user does not agree with any amendment, the user must stop using the platform and close their account.
